CipherForge LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Roar mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

Privacy First: Roar does not have user accounts, does not collect personal data, and does not store your translations on any server. Your data stays on your device.

How the App Works

Text Translation:

When you translate text, your input is sent to a third-party translation service (MyMemory API) to process the translation. This data is not stored after the translation is completed.

Voice Translation:

Voice recognition is processed using Apple's built-in Speech Recognition framework on your device. Audio is not sent to our servers.

Camera/Image Translation:

Text recognition (OCR) is processed on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Your photos are not uploaded to any server.

Saved Notes:

Any translations you save are stored locally on your device only. We cannot access this data.

Our App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no personal data to request, modify, or delete from our systems. You can delete all local app data by uninstalling the App from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
